TO OUR CLIENTS CONCERNING CANCELLATIONS

The following is our policy concerning cancellations:

• We require 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.
• The hourly rate is charged if this notice is not given.

When a client does not show as scheduled, three people are hurt: the client, the therapist, and other clients. The client is hurt because regular scheduled and timely treatment is critical to therapy. The therapist is hurt because the time scheduled is reserved exclusively for that client. Other clients are hurt because they could have been scheduled for needed treatment.
